A true Georgia peach, Rew furthered made her mark on the south by majoring in communication at Bryan College in Dayton, Tenn. For the past 8 years, she has been an on-air personality for 104.7 The Fish in Atlanta, Ga. Seizing the opportunity to capitalize on her love for writing, pinching pennies and throwing parties, Rew launched her own lifestyle blog called Partiesforpennies.com. After cultivating her own community of blog followers, Rew further positioned herself as professional blogger, guest blogging for various lifestyle brands. Last fall, Heidi’s career reached new heights as she appeared on the nationally syndicated Better TV Show, sharing her party planning, penny-pinching expertise. Join the Lookout PRSA as Heidi Rew shares her tips for making your brand, personal or professional, a success by incorporating blogging and social media.
